Give Access Program: How to Get Started

The Give Access Program allows employees with flight privileges on ID90 Travel to grant eligible travelers access to book their own flights.

If an employee has added you to their list of travelers, follow the steps below to create your account and start using the program.

1. Receive an Invitation 

Ask the employee to:

• Log in to their ID90 Travel account
• Go to Profile > Eligible Travelers
• Click “Flight Booking Access” next to your name
• Enter your email address and send the invitation

Note: They can also allow you to book flights for other travelers if they choose.

2. Set Up Your Account

• You will receive an email with a link to set up your account
• If you are new to ID90 Travel, follow the link to create your account
• If you already have an account, flight booking access will be automatically added to your profile

3. Start Booking Flights

• Log in to the ID90 Travel website or app with your email address and password 
• Go to the Flights section
• Book flights for yourself or others (if enabled by the employee)
