We believe honesty is key to build trust. Since FLEX is founded on the trust we have in our airline community, it's crucial that our customers provide honest and accurate flight load information.
When your FLEX response is reported as inaccurate, it means a customer believes the seat availability information you provided across business, economy and listed passengers is incorrect. We monitor inaccurate responses regularly and will temporarily deactivated any accounts we see that continuously gets reported for providing inaccurate loads.
When your FLEX access has been deactivated, you will not have access to request or answer flight loads. You will always have access to all other travel products including hotels, cars and cruise.
