In order to process a flight refund, please follow the instructions below:
- Log in to your ID90 Travel account via the ID90 Travel Mobile App or on the web at https://www.id90travel.com.
- Click on your profile icon (top right corner of the web experience, bottom right corner of the Mobile App).
- If your flight departure date is in the future, choose "Upcoming Trips". If your flight departure date has already passed, choose "Travel History".
- If using the ID90 Travel Mobile App, tap the itinerary you would like to refund and then tap "Cancel/Refund" at the bottom of the screen.
If using our web experience at id90travel.com, click the "Show Details" link for the itinerary you'd like to refund, click the checkbox in the "Select" column next to the segment(s) you'd like to refund, and then click "Cancel/Refund".
As a reminder, it can take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
