I've arrived at the hotel and my room isn't what I expected. What should I do?

We completely understand the disappointment of arriving at your hotel and finding that things aren't as you expected.

In every situation, your first step should be to calmly address your concerns with the front desk staff at the hotel or, if they aren't able to help, the on-site hotel manager or supervisor. Even if the hotel is completely at fault, remaining calm and pleasant almost always results in a better, faster resolution to your concerns.
