Who do I contact if I need information about my eligible travelers' benefits?

To add, edit, or activate eligible travelers you must contact your airline's pass travel department directly - we do not have the ability to edit this type of confidential information within the ID90 Travel platform.

Once your airline's pass travel department approves and updates your requested changes, the information will automatically be transferred to us and updated to your ID90 Travel account.

You'll also need to contact your airline to address any questions related to non-revenue flight benefits or agreements for eligible travelers.
